The More Things Change

Purpose: Slideshow video for church website

This slideshow uses buzzwords to describe the striking cultural similarities between the 1960's and today, which I noticed during the 2008 presidential campaign of Barack Obama. But as the title suggests, the more things change, the more they stay the same... both the problem and the solution.

The slides were created using Microsoft PowerPoint and OpenOffice.org Impress, then imported into Windows Movie Maker. The opening music is the same song used for "Church Sign Theology" and is my own composition. The middle music is from Magix MP3 Maker 2004 Diamond, and the final piece, "Nearer My God To Thee", is a public domain recording downloaded from LibriVox.org, a volunteer website that makes free-to-use audio books and music albums of publications in the public domain.
